PartPal Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
Welcome to PartPal! By purchasing a PartPal membership, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms govern your use of PartPal’s membership services, including payments, cancellations, refunds, and benefits.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not purchase or use a PartPal membership.
2. Membership Plans & Benefits
PartPal offers two membership plans:

Annual Membership
- Paid once per year at the time of purchase.
- Includes free oil changes, free interior/exterior detailings, and access to varying quantities of free of car washes based on the plan tier.

Monthly Membership
- Paid monthly on the same date as the initial purchase.
- Includes the same benefits as the annual membership.
Benefit Usage
- Membership benefits apply to one specific vehicle only and cannot be transferred to another vehicle or person.
- Additional vehicles require separate memberships.
- Unused benefits do not roll over to subsequent periods and expire at the end of each billing cycle.
3. Payment Terms
Annual Membership
- Billed upfront for a full year.
- Payments renew automatically unless canceled as per the cancellation policy.
Monthly Membership
- Billed automatically each month on the same date of purchase.
- Members must pay for three full billing cycles following cancellation requests.
Membership Fees
- A non-refundable administration fee is due at signup.
- Taxes and additional fees may apply based on location and will be clearly disclosed at checkout.
4. Refund Policy
Annual Membership
- Members may cancel within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided no membership benefits have been used.
- Used services are subject to a $100 service usage fee deducted from eligible refunds.
- After 24 hours, all sales are final, and refunds are granted only at PartPal’s sole discretion.
Monthly Membership
- Monthly memberships are non-refundable.
- Members may cancel anytime but are obligated to pay for three full months after providing notice.
5. Cancellation Policy
Annual Membership
- May be canceled at any time, but refunds are only available within the 24-hour grace period if no services were used.
Monthly Membership
- Members must provide written notice of cancellation via email or through their PartPal account.
- Members are responsible for three additional months of billing after cancellation is requested.
- Membership remains active until the end of the last billing cycle following cancellation.
6. Changes to Terms
PartPal reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes via email or through their account portal. Continued use of membership benefits after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
7. Dispute Resolution
Arbitration Agreement
Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Tampa, Florida.
Arbitration will be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
Class Action Waiver
Members agree to waive any right to participate in class actions or class arbitration against PartPal.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflicts of laws principles.
9. Limitation of Liability
PartPal is not responsible for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from membership use.
- Service delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Errors or omissions in service descriptions or pricing.
